9. Consume lots of fruits and vegetables
If you want to control cancer of the stomach, then you need to take lots of fruits and vegetables. Studies done in Japan and India have shown that the risk of stomach cancer increases if you do not regularly eat fruits and vegetables.
Some of the best vegetables to eat include cucumber, carrot, raw celery, tomato and green paper. Garlic and onions have sulfur compounds that are very effective in controlling cancer.
However, you should avoid sodium from common salt because it’s a strong carcinogen for the stomach.
